PLEASE NOTE: Most carriers are experiencing a high volume of packages, causing delivery delays. Unfortunately once your order is dropped off at a carrier facility, we are unable to control time in transit.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. In the unlikely event your order is delayed, we will alert you via email as soon as possible. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, we only ship within North America (Canada, United States, and Mexico). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we hope to be able to ship internationally soon!

Please note for packages shipped to Canada and Mexico: Packages may be subject to duties, customs, or other fees. We are unfortunately unable to control these fees, as they are calculated by the recipient country.

 

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Another Lonely Day Handcraft + Co. carefully inspects and packages every order before it's shipped. If you receive any products that have been damaged during shipping, we are happy to replace the item or refund the amount paid for that item. We do require photographic proof of the damage within 7 days of delivery of your order. Depending on the circumstances, we may also require the product be shipped back to us, at our expense.

Any unused, unopened products may be returned for a refund of the amount paid within 14 days of delivery of your order. Products must still be sealed and in their original packaging to be eligible for return. Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping charges, and the customer is responsible for shipping charges to return the item.
