• How long do your candles typically burn for?
Candles from Another Lonely Day Handcraft + Co typically burn for up to 40 hours, providing our Candle Care Tips are followed.
• How are your candles made?

• Where can I find your products?
Currently, we are selling solely in our online shop, however we are actively pursuing local stockists. If you are interested in carrying products from Another Lonely Day Handcraft + Co in your shop, please contact us here.
• What is the shelf life of your products?
Since our products are natural and are not made with any preservatives, we recommend using your products within one year.
• How do I know what candle I'll like without smelling it first?
This is understandably a tough one. We do our best to write detailed, accurate descriptions of each scent and always list the top, middle, and base fragrance notes to give you the most complete picture of each scent.
• Do you ship outside of the United States?
Currently we are shipping to the United States, Canada, and Mexico. We hope to be able to offer additional international shipping soon!

• What is your return policy?

• How do I get any leftover wax out of a spent candle?
Our candles are made with virgin coconut-soy wax blend and is completely water soluble. The easiest way to remove excess wax from your vessel is to heat up the glassware until the wax is liquified and then wipe away the wax with a paper towel. For more detailed instructions, stay tuned for a video detailing the steps!
• I love the candle vessel! How can I repurpose it after I burned all the wax?
Our candles are made in rocks glasses, so our primary recommendation is repurposing your glassware into a cocktail glass. Be sure to check us out on Instagram for some delicious cocktail recipes!
